Well thats the last time I go for a cavery with my friends (so called) after pigging out on lashings of roast potatoes I was then informed of the reason I was lured out... the local Gym had an open day - oh Joy
So off we went and were fastracked through the gym by the sales woman and signing on the dotted line before I had a moment to realise what I was doing! *LOL* saying that I want to get the beach bod sorted for out annual girlie weekend to marbella and it has the nicest swimming pool you have ever seen - plus and this is the bit I like - the new power plates that apparently madonna swears by - you basically lay on it hold a stomach crunch and the plate vibrates underneath you, doing all the work - not great for your fitness but 25 mins is the equivalent to an hours work out - right up my street! so the hunt is on for a cute lil bikini to motivate me..
Went to Brighton Friday night to the honeyclub for the Hed kandi night brilliant and it was lovely waking up in a hotel (the thistle) overlooking the sea.. the only negitative I have is that we had to check our bags in and they gave us little drawstring purses - ok if all you have is notes but us ladies need our essentials - not good!
My song is now on-line so take a butchers if you haven't heard it already, i'm still scribbeling away trying to improve but as my first song i'm really proud of it
